Sales AdministrationSupport the sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordinationPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer data updatesHandle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentationMaintain accurate sales records, pricing details, and contractsCoordinate internally with finance, operations, and planning teamsLogistics & Supply Chain SupportCoordinate shipment planning, dispatches, and delivery schedulesPrepare and manage logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, CO, etc.)Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA and customs queries Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on shipment statusResolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepanciesGeneral / AdministrativeEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport audits and internal reporting requirementsAssist with process improvements in sales and logistics operations
