Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations at our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HR administration who enjoy managing employee data, supporting HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities ● Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, coordination, and employee orientation.● Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. ● Assist in attendance and time-tracking administration, addressing employee queries and ensuring policy adherence. ● Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for routine HR queries. ● Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, and internal communications in collaboration with HR and leadership teams. ● Support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance by coordinating with internal teams and vendors. ● Assist in HR policy communication, document preparation, and audit support activities. Qualifications & Experience ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR support roles. ● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. ● Good verbal and written communication skills. ● Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance tools is preferred. ● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva).
