JD : (Gainsight Administrator)- 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or CS Ops roles with hands-on expertise in Gainsight. - Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Gainsight features like Journey Orchestrator, Scorecards, and CTAs. - Strong background in customer success operations, SaaS, or tech-focused environments is preferred. - Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Gainsight platform administration, configuration, and rules engine management. - Solid understanding of CS Ops metrics and how to manage them through Gainsight. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus. - Soft Skills: - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balancing strategic objectives and operational requirements. - Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients. - Should be a short joiner.
