Senior Accounts Payable Specialist / Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven finance professional to independentlymanage end-to-end accounts payable process. The role requires strong ownership ofaccounting processes, payments, reconciliations, and internal controls, along with the abilityto identify gaps and improve financial processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including vendor booking, validation, and payments.Process employee reimbursements, incentives, and other payouts.Pass journal entries and maintain books, including statutory and tax entries.Ensure accurate cost centre allocation for expenses and invoices.Perform bank, vendor, customer, and GL reconciliations.Oversee PO accounting, resolve MSME/vendor dues, and strengthen internal controls.Independently close monthly books with provisions and finalization of accounts.Coordinate with teams and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.Key Requirements: Qualification: / / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Experience: 4–8 years in end-to-end accounting Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Zoho book & Advanced Excel skills preferredKey Skills:Ability to work independently with strong ownership High attention to detail and accuracy Strong follow-up and coordination skills Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
