Our vehicles are crafted and assembled by some of the most experienced individuals in the industry – that’s just the QUCEV way.Vision: To be a leading contributor for accelerating decarbonization in mobility.Mission: To develop and manufacture cost-effective & sustainable mobility solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for a fast-growing electric vehicle manufacturing company.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.Handle payroll processing and compliance (PF, ESI, PT).Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance, including monthly returns and quarterly filings.Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and handle notices.Support statutory and internal audits.Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations.Work closely with the finance controller for process improvements and SOP implementation.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance for 1 to 4 yearsCandidates must have strong working knowledge in GST, TDS, payroll, and MIS reporting.Knowledge of Focus Accounting Software and Tally is a must.Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V LOOKUP, etc.).Working knowledge of AI tools for finance and accounting.Excellent Organisational and time management skillsPreferred Skills: CA IPCC cleared, CA Inter or CMA Inter candidates preferred.Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing industry desirable.Good understanding of ERP systems and AI-based accounting solutions is an added advantage.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
