About the CompanyPiramal Pharma Solutions is a contract development and manufacturing organization ( offering end to end development and manufacturing solutions across the drug life cycle We serve our clients through a globally integrated network of facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.This enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services including Drug Discovery Solutions, Process Pharmaceutical Development services, Clinical Trial Supplies, Commercial supply of APIs and Finished dosage forms We also offer specialized services like development and manufacture of Highly PotentAPIs and Antibody Drug ConjugationOur capability as an integrated service provider experience with various technologies enables us to serve Innovator and Generic companies worldwideFor more details, please visit www piramalpharmasolutions comAbout the Role & Responsibilities- Lead finance teams of 2 sites (Digwal & Ennore) - Own BS, P&L and Cash Flow for the site. - Pro actively act as a business partner for the site and division. - Work close with various functions to improve site profitability without compromising on controls (Pricing, monetization opportunities, cost improvement/ reduction initiatives). - Working Capital management. - Drive annual budgeting process. - Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting. - Analyse variations vs budget & previous year. - Review & approve capex proposal. - Ensure all site accounting activities are completed: Costing, monthly close entries, Balance Sheet Hygiene. - Work with shared services to ensure timely vendor payments, collections & accurate accounting. - Ensure compliance with internal policies (Credit & Accounting).Qualifications & Skills requiredChartered accountant (First / Second attempt)• 15 to 20 Yrs post qualification experience• Prior Business Finance experience at large manufacturing set up (preferably from Pharma) with hands on experience in driving profitability• Experience of working with Senior stakeholder• Good knowledge of accounting principles• Experience of managing team• Excellent communication skills
