The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the hiring process, resolving employee queries, conducting training programs, and ensuring policy adherence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational culture is also an essential part of the role.QualificationsProficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processesStrong Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skillsKnowledge of HR Policies and Procedures, Compliance with Labor Laws, and Regulatory RequirementsExperience in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Culture BuildingExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in HR software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
