Assistant Manager - Finance - Agri-Tech Startup- HyderabadJob Summary:A leading Agri-Tech Startup company is keen to hire a Semi Qualified CA / MBA with 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. They are also responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and preparing MIS reports. Through its protected agriculture products, it empowers smallholder farmers to improve productivity and sustainability.Location: HyderabadReports To: Finance ManagerRoles & ResponsibilitiesCompile, analyze, and present accurate monthly MIS reports for management.Perform financial planning & Analysis, variance analysis against budgets and actuals and provide actionable insights.Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements & its compliance and AuditsManage and maintain books of accounts of overseas entities in QuickBooks/Zoho BooksProvide Month-end reporting, variance analysis and Monthly business review decksIdentify opportunities for automation of financial and operational reports.Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement new tools.Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decisionsSupport the FP&A through end-to-end finance transformation –Automation of reporting across the organizationRequirements:Semi Qualified CA/MBA with 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience.Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisStrong communication and analytical skills to coordinate with senior management.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.hands-on experience in Quickbooks, ZOHO books.Ability to work independently and manage the team in a fast-paced environment.Education: Semi Qualified CA / MBAExperience: 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&AWorking days: Monday to SaturdayContact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact us at jobs@_______________________________HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
