Payment Specialist

We are hiring for a Payments Specialist Experience : 12 + years Location: Hyderabad, work from the office Shifts: General Notice : Immediate to 15 Days Professional Experience: 12+ years of experience in the payments industry in a product, operations, or technical role. Deep Payments Expertise: expert-level knowledge of multiple global payment systems is non-negotiable. This must include deep familiarity with: Cross-border payments ad correspondent banking (e.g., **SWIFT** messaging and standards). Domestic ACH/RTGS systems e.g., SEPA, Faster Payments, FedWire). API-based Payment Providers:** Proven experience integrating with modern, API-first payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Wise, CurrencyCloud). Financial Messaging:Deep understanding of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583. Systems Thinking:The ability to understand and design complex, end-to-end payment flows across multiple internal and external systems. Stakeholder Management:A proven track record of working effectively with technical teams, treasury departments, and external banking partners.
