Stores Incharge (On-Roll, Permanent) Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), HooghlyShift: General (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (Net Take Home, Based on Experience & Skill) About the Role We are urgently hiring a Stores Incharge to lead daily operations in our Stores Department.The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing (preferably Metal/Aluminium industry) with strong control over inventory, material movement, and documentation processes. This is a full-time, on-roll position offering long-term career stability and employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations and manpower. Maintain accurate stock records, perform material receipts & issues. Ensure timely material availability for production and dispatch. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for smooth workflow. Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain discrepancy reports. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of all materials. Handle data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting in MS Excel / ERP / Tally. Monitor inward/outward material movement and maintain documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (Metal/Aluminium preferred). H.S/Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Commerce / Material Management preferred). Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, or Tally for inventory handling. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Good understanding of material control, audit, and documentation procedures.
