Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Dharamtala, Kolkata Salary: ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to improve engagement and traffic. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and promotional materials. Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analyze performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media marketing platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
