Maintaining Annual Product Training Calendar for different levels/profiles of Professionals (employees, Masons, Technicians) Monitor Training Effectiveness Evaluation Systems for Technicians Responsible for imparting product knowledge and conduct related activities. Lead and Impart Practical sessions of the products (Hands on application and training)(PAN INDIA). Follow up with Project team for after training evaluation on monthly basis. Prepare a monthly report once the evaluation is been done and do monthly presentation to the management. Analysis of post training and implementation of the trained force effectively.
