The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive-level management by organizing daily schedules, managing communications, and preparing clear reports. Key tasks will include calendar coordination, handling expense reports, document preparation, and providing administrative and executive-level support. The individual will serve as a liaison across teams and assist in various operational and organizational activities to ensure efficient workflow.Qualifications- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance - Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and maintaining executive-level organization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination - Prior experience in Executive Support or similar roles - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Familiarity with MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
