Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) – Healthcare Staffing US StaffingKey Responsibilities• Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, Allied Health, and Technologists• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process• Meet recruitment and placement targetsQualifications• 1+ year experience in healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing• Experience recruiting nurses or allied healthcare professionals• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• Ability to work effectively in a remote environmentPreferred• Experience recruiting for travel nurses or contract healthcare roles• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems• Understanding the terminologies used in Healthcare Staffing.
