Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Physiotherapist, located in Hyderabad. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy plans to children with developmental delays and special needs. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing tailored therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other practitioners and caregivers to ensure holistic development. The Physiotherapist will also provide guidance to parents, track progress, and adjust therapy plans based on individual needs, while actively participating in training and interdisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications Strong expertise in physiotherapy techniques and understanding of child development patternsAbility to conduct assessments, track progress, and adapt therapeutic plans accordinglyEffective communication skills for working with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teamsExperience or willingness to collaborate across specializations such as Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Sensory IntegrationDemonstrated empathy, patience, and dedication to working with children with special needsRelevant qualifications in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's degree)Prior experience in pediatric physiotherapy and early intervention is an added advantageProficiency in documentation and maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions
