Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and banqueting/food court managementEnsure excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholdersManage Facilities operations: Housekeeping, Pantry, Mailroom, Cleaning, Landscaping, and Parking teamsSpace & Access Management: Optimize space utilization, manage moves, upgrades, and maintain recordsCoordinate with vendors/professionals for repairs, maintenance, and equipment upkeepConduct regular inspections to ensure building functionality and safety complianceEnsure adherence to local and industry safety standardsAudit Management: Handle internal & external audits, engagement audits, documentation, and closure of observations/NCs within defined SLAsPlan and conduct training programs on safety, emergency procedures, and best practicesEnsure effective utilization of resources across facilities, banqueting, and F&B areasRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationHigh attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office 365 and tools used for inspections and facilities managementFlexible to work extended or non-standard hours as requiredQualifications & ExperienceBSc in Hotel Management5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels, IT companies, or hospitality sectorsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
