Civil Engineer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Hisar, Haryana CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred Candidate: Local candidates from Haryana We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support building construction projects at the Hisar location. The role involves on-site planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of civil works to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per defined quality standards. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage day-to-day building construction activities at the project site. - Prepare, review, and interpret BOQs, construction drawings, and project schedules. - Ensure execution of work in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety norms. - Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. - Track project progress, material consumption, and workforce productivity. - Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve execution issues. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports along with site documentation. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and internal guidelines. Eligibility & Requirements - Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 1–3 years of experience in building construction projects (preferred). - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and on-site execution practices. - Ability to independently manage site activities and handle multiple work fronts. - Local candidates from Haryana or those willing to relocate to Hisar immediately are preferred.
