Performance Marketer – TROOST (Rugs Brand)Location: Flexible (Remote/On-site | Panipat/Delhi NCR)Type: Full-time/Freelance (Open depending on skill level)We’re TROOST — a fast-growing D2C rugs brand — and we’re looking for a strong Performance Marketer with a proven track record of managing high-spend, scaled accounts.What You’ll Do:- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta & Google. - Drive profitable customer acquisition with a deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and ROAS. - Work closely with our creative team for weekly ad refreshes, briefs, and testing new angles. - Analyse performance, build insights, and scale what works. - Manage budgets efficiently and push for consistent growth.What We’re Looking For:- 2–5+ years in performance marketing for D2C brands/e-commerce. - Hands-on experience with high budgets and proven results. - Strong analytical mindset and full command over Meta & Google Ads. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment. - Bonus: Experience working with creative teams and understanding content needs.How to Apply:Send your resume/portfolio to support@.*LinkedIn messages will not be considered.
