The individual in this role will oversee project coordination, assist in construction project management tasks, handle budgeting and cost control, and collaborate with teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include tracking progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting the timely completion of construction projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Qualifications- Strong skills in Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and teamwork to handle diverse projects effectively - Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to ensure projects are successfully completed within financial constraints - Sound understanding of Construction Management and Project Management practices to oversee operational efficiency - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders - Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus - Experience in the construction or real estate industry will be an advantage
