New Product Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Team Responsibilities:- Coordinate mechanical engineering tasks within cross-functional project teams. - Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Gantt charts and Excel. - Collaborate with departments such as purchase, QA, RA, Production, and Marketing to ensure alignment on project goals. - Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Support project planning and cost/time estimations.Engineering Department Responsibilities:- Assist in mechanical design reviews, prototyping, and validation activities. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing workflows. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in mechanical engineering. - Liaise with suppliers and vendors for technical evaluations and procurement support. - Provide technical input during product development and lifecycle management.
