Resident Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:- Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products; supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards. - Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance. - Collect and analyze quality data; organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions. - Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving. - Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits; drive timely closure of identified issues.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or above - At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing - Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus) - Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system - Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
