Purchasing Engineer

Position : Senior Engineer - Purchase (Filters Division)Reports to : Head Purchase & SourcingLocation : ManesarRole & Responsibilities :- Managing procurement of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts for manufacturing operations. (Sheet metal, Automobile and HVAC industries) - Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve optimal cost efficiency. - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with stores to maintain adequate stock. - Preparing purchase orders, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Know-how (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge)- Mechanical Engineering Graduate – 3-5 years of experience - Form Manufacturing IndustriesSkills Problem-solving requirements, people skills requirements)- New Vendor Development - Vendor Management - Negotiation skills - Decision making skills - Communication skills
