Job descriptionMaintain high-quality interactions that align with Jaquar’s group standards.Engage with potential customers over inbound and outbound calls to understand their requirements and offer suitable Jaquar Bath + Light solutions.Be completely aware of Jaquar Groups offering in bath & light category.Guide, upgrade & cross promotion of Jaquar Group brands & verticals to customers during the call.Adhere to the approved call script, while ensuring conversations reflect empathy, persuasion, and need-based recommendations.Accurately capture and update customer details, notes, and lead status in the CRM.Ensure every lead is routed appropriately to the respective Jaquar World, Orientation Centre, or dealer network as per SOP.Maintain follow-ups to track and encourage customer visits to stores or engagement with sales representatives as per the convenience of caller.Take ownership of each customer, leading to final sales closure.Maintain adherence to login hours, call handling efficiency, and data entry accuracy on a real-time basis.Consistently meet targets related to call quality, lead accuracy, follow-up adherence, and customer satisfaction scoresAdhere to login hours, call handling efficiency, and data entry accuracy on a real-time basis.Participate in training sessions for new products, technology updates, and process enhancements to maintain high service quality.Visit JW/OC for training and real time understanding of customer queries.
