Responsibilities:- Candidates must have experience into handling a good team size and must be aware about his KRAs and KPIs. - Candidate must be from Outbound Voice Process. - Candidate should have strong knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage and Manpower calculation. - Candidate must have experience of 1.5+ years on the same designation. - Candidate should be aware of Dialer / Tele sales / Lead Generation / Lead distribution / Tracking Team Target / Implementing Sales strategies. - Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of SLAs while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and drive day-to-day sales targets (B2C Sales), ensuring that all team members meet or exceed performance expectations. - Oversee daily team activities, set clear goals, and develop call strategies for executives in collaboration with clients. - Ensure that the team maintains the agreed standards in relation to job assignments and performance metrics.Qualifications - Must be GraduatePreferable Candidate- Must have a team size of 10-15 peopleRequired Skills - B2C Sales, Tele sales, Inside Sales, Outbound sales process, Team Handling, People managementPay range and compensation package - Upto 7.5 LPAInterested candidates can share their updated CV at Kanishkabisht@ or WhatsApp at 9582253267
