Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Hazaribag. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, coaching and mentoring insurance consultants, and monitoring market trends to devise competitive strategies. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining high customer service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Planning, Customer Acquisition, and Sales Strategy Development Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for market research and strategy adjustment Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and Financial Services, with a focus on life insurance Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus) Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles CTC - Upto 5.2Lakh
