Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hazaribagh for a Compliance & Finance Manager (CFM). The CFM will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenses. The role also includes overseeing audits, maintaining financial records, developing financial strategies, and supporting organizational transparency. The Compliance & Finance Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth financial and regulatory processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and preparing financial reports Proficiency in compliance regulations, audit processes, and developing financial strategies Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments and stakeholders Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in an on-site team environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in NGO or social development finance will be an advantage
