The role shall oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and monitor sales daily KPI strategies to achieve business objectives. The responsibilities include maintaining competitive MS%, analyzing market trends in BTL and ATL activities, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints. Leadership and efficient Team management are key aspects of this role.Qualifications- Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities for driving revenue and achieving organizational goals - Proficiency in Team Management and Account Management to lead and support a high-performing sales team - Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and optimize sales performance by daily monitoring on sales KPI - Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Proven ability to meet targets and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Experience in the automotive sales domain is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
