Team Leader – PMC

Key Responsibilities:• Act as Single Point of Contact at project level on behalf of PMC.• Lead the site team as Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring successful project delivery within contract scope.• Coordinate with client, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.• Drive project execution from pre-construction to handover, including DLP phase.• Approve technical submissions, shop drawings, inspections, testing & commissioning.• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and recommend corrective actions.• Implement and oversee Project Quality & Safety Plans.• Certify contractor bills, manage deviations/extra items, and ensure compliance.• Lead review meetings on progress, coordination, quality & safety.• Maintain project documentation and statutory approvals.• Support client in dispute resolution/arbitration (if required).Requirements:• PG / Master’s in Civil Engineering• 12+ years of experience• Proven experience in Airport Construction & Infrastructure Projects• Strong exposure to RC & Steel Structures• Experience in Government-funded projects (3–5 years preferred)• Familiarity with Indian / FIDIC contract conditions• Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills• International project exposure (desirable)We are looking for a proactive leader who can take ownership, align teams with project goals, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
