Systematic Concern Resolution Process with understanding of Poke yoke, HEP,& QC tools Responsible for Develop & Deploy Quality Systems in line with focus on BIQ Identifying the need, bridging ownership gaps, documenting & training Responsible & Monitoring SPC on line Torque control nut runner (TCNR) Understanding of torque and pneumatic tools for Calibration eg., TCNR,Battery tools Responsible for engineering specification test on Vehicle Responsible for check man(Quality Inspector) certification through MSA(measurement system analysis) Responsible field failure control through WRAP(warranty reduction audit process) Understanding of vehicle system like HVAC ,brakes, clutch, diagnostics etc Preferred Industries ManufacturingAutomobileManufacturing & TradEducation Qualification Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile General Experience 2-7 years of work experience in TCF production, assembly line.
