The Vice Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school, ensure the implementation of the curriculum, and foster a disciplined yet nurturing environment. Responsibilities will include supporting staff and student development, coordinating with teachers, monitoring student progress, and maintaining discipline in alignment with the school’s values and mission. The Vice Principal will also work closely with parents and other stakeholders to address individual student needs and enhance the overall education experience.QualificationsProven leadership and administrative skills in managing academic and non-academic operations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management capabilities.Ability to enforce discipline and cultivate a positive school environment.Experience in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic assessment.Knowledge of Sainik School or similar education systems is highly valued.Commitment to fostering values of nationalism, resilience, and cultural pride in students.Master’s Degree in Education, School Administration, or related field is preferred.Prior experience in an administrative or leadership role in schools is highly desirable.Willingness to reside on campus to effectively manage the residential environment and student welfare.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at:
