The selected individual will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at the higher secondary level, preparing lesson plans tailored to the curriculum, and delivering subject-specific instructions effectively. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, fostering academic curiosity, and maintaining discipline. The role also involves supporting co-curricular activities, promoting holistic development, and working collaboratively with other faculty members.Qualifications Subject-specific expertise and proficiency in delivering higher secondary-level education effectively Strong organizational, lesson planning, and classroom management skills Ability to conduct assessments, analyze student progress, and provide constructive feedback Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills Master’s degree in the relevant subject and a B.Ed. (preferred) Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching Commitment to fostering discipline, character development, and cultural values in students Previous experience in a similar education environment is an advantage.
