Operator

Operate and monitor powder/Granular processing equipment such as filling machine, blender, silo & printer.Conduct quality checks on processed materials, including particle size analysis, moisture content checks, and visual inspections.Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, processing parameters, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.Clean and sanitize processing equipment according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks.Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures within the manufacturing plant.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Assist with other production tasks as required, such as material handling, packaging, and inventory management.
