We are proud to be featured in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2025- Delhi NCR Edition for our innovation and rapid growth.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.Role- Area Sales ManagerThe Area Sales Manager will drive sales strategy, strengthen processes, and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. This role requires providing strategic vision along with tactical execution, overseeing team performance, and representing the organization in promoting and selling products and services.Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate sales personnel within the assigned area to ensure target achievement. - Develop a growth agenda for the territory by maximizing opportunities across infrastructure, people, channels, and markets. - Establish, monitor, and evaluate sales goals and performance metrics. - Supervise teams responsible for driving sales performance across products and territories. - Achieve product volume and profitability targets. - Make personnel decisions related to hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for direct reports. - Lead by example by actively participating in frontline sales activities alongside the team. - Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, promotions, and distribution plans. - Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 7 years+ of directly related sales experience. - At least 3 years+ of supervisory or team-handling experience.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities - Result-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLocation: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, GurgaonWebsite: Instagram:
