What You'll Do As the Product Packaging Manager, you'll lead thestrategy, design, and executionof packaging across all Homeessentials categories. You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and sourcing teams to ensure every box, label, and sleeve reflects our brand story — beautifully and sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall packaging strategy for all product lines. Oversee packaging design, artwork, and brand communication with internal teams and external agencies. Champion sustainability initiatives , from recyclable materials to eco-conscious structural designs. Manage supplier relationships , monitor production timelines, and ensure cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with regional labeling and packaging regulations. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support seamless product launches. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in packaging development, branding, or design — ideally in home, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors. Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and sustainability trends . Excellent project management and vendor coordination abilities. Proficiency in design and artwork tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD). A creative eye with a passion for storytelling, aesthetics, and enhancing the consumer experience
