Experience in warehouse management in the fresh produce sector. Preferably from companies such as ninja kart, Jio mart, big basket, amazon fresh, blinkit, swiggy, farmeso, Grofers etc - Knowledge of warehouse processes such as stock in, sorting packaging and dispatch and logistics. - Ability to streamline and implement SOPs related to the above mentioned process - Experience in creating MIS reports with respect to operations of warehouses - Creating fast hiring processes for hiring of warehouse teams using experience in the sector and contacts - Experience in minimizing packaging and dispatch time - Managing pilferage and reducing wastage
