Job Title: Recording Faculty Location: Indore (On-Site) Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Description: We are looking for confident and engaging Recording Faculties across Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Accounts, Business Studies, Economics, and Arts subjects (History, Political Science, Geography), English and Hindi who will primarily be responsible for delivering high-quality video lectures for Class 10th to 12th (Board Exams). This role is majorly focused on recording, where the faculty is expected to explain concepts clearly, maintain strong on-camera presence, and ensure effective student engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a deep understanding of board-specific exam patterns (MP, Rajasthan, UP, Bihar), and the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, structured, and engaging explanations for students. Key Responsibilities: Video Recording (Primary Responsibility): ● Deliver clear, structured, and engaging video lectures ● Maintain strong screen presence, voice clarity, and student engagement ● Ensure smooth and efficient recording sessions PPT Understanding & Analysis: ● Review and analyze PPTs before recording ● Align delivery with the flow and structure of the content ● Suggest improvements to make explanations more effective Coordination & Collaboration: ● Work closely with content, editing, and production teams ● Coordinate to ensure timely completion of recordings ● Adapt based on feedback and content requirements Feedback & Quality Improvement: ● Provide constructive feedback on PPTs and content quality ● Suggest improvements in explanation, structure, and delivery ● Continuously refine teaching approach based on student needs Content Support (Secondary – Occasional): ● Assist in basic content preparation or refinement when required ● Support the team during urgent or high-priority deliverables Requirements: ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject ● Strong subject expertise in any of the following: ○ PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) ○ PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) ○ Commerce (Accounts, Business Studies, Economics) ○ Arts (History, Political Science, Geography) ○ English (Grammar, writing, literature, comprehension) ○ Hindi (Vyakaran, sahitya, writing formats) ● 4+ yrs of teaching & recording experience preferred ● Strong communication and presentation skills ● Confident on-camera presence ● Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner ● Basic understanding of PPT/content flow ● Team player with good coordination skills ● Laptop required
