Job Title: MIS Executive / Data Analyst (Advanced Excel & Power BI) Location: GwaliorDepartment: Operation Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MIS reporting. The role involves preparing dashboards, generating reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate and timely data insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Apply advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, etc. Automate reports and streamline data processes for efficiency. Monitor, validate, and ensure data accuracy in all reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements. Generate performance tracking reports, daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, and trend analysis. Provide actionable insights to management through meaningful data visualization and analysis. Key Skills & Competencies: Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index-Match, Macros, Data Validation). Strong knowledge of Power BI for interactive dashboards and data visualization. Experience in MIS reporting and business analytics. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Computer Science / Business Administration (, BBA, BCA, etc.). 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting / Data Analysis. Certification in Excel / Power BI / Data Analytics will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
