Processing monthly payroll, Salaries and Remuneration Defining Workplace Policies. Organizational Structure and Planning. Creating an Engaging Work Culture. Salary Negotiation in HR Round Handling all Administration responsibilities of the organisation including travel management of top management. Reporting: Head HR & Business Head/COO Team - 2 members in Recruitment & Admin Requirements: Education - MBA in HR Experience - Require a candidate with 8-10 years' Experience in Generalist role including employee engagement, Performance management, HR Policies and compliance, Payroll & Salary, Leave & Attendance, PF, ESIC, Labour Low and Admin management. Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skill, team management, Computer skills- MS office, Word, Excel, PPT and email.
