MIS/Inventory Analyst

Job Title: MIS / Inventory Analyst (Ecommerce) Location: Gwalior Department: Operation Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Inventory/ MIS reporting. The role involves preparing dashboards, generating reports, analyzing business data, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate and timely data of Inventory insights Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Inventory reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Apply advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc. Automate reports and streamline Inventory data processes for efficiency. Monitor, validate, and ensure Inventory data accuracy in all reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather Inventory data requirements. Generate performance tracking reports, daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, and trend analysis. Provide actionable insights to management through meaningful Inventory data visualization and analysis. Key Skills & Competencies: Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Index-Match, Macros, Data Validation). Strong knowledge of Power BI for interactive dashboards and data visualization. Experience in MIS reporting and Inventory analytics. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Computer Science / Business Administration (, BBA, BCA, etc.). 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting / Data Analysis. Must have Experience with Ecommerce Business like flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit etc.
