About the jobJob Title: Cluster Head – Sales (NorthEastern States)Industry: Asset Management /Mutual FundLocation: Guwahati (Assam)Job SummaryThe Cluster Head – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, AUM expansion, and distributor engagement across the North- East Region based out of Guwahati. The role involves managing key distribution channels and ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.Key Responsibilities- Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share across the Northeast Market - Manage and expand distributor networks including IFAs/ MFD, Banks, and National Distributors - Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, sales targets, and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. - Execute regional sales strategies and product penetration initiatives - Provide training and support to partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell the company's products and services. - Conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating performance, addressing challenges, and identifying areas for improvement and growth. - Track and analyze sales performance, market share, and other relevant metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. - Provide regular MIS, forecasts, and market intelligenceEligibility Criteria- Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance preferred)- NISM certification mandatory VA & 21 AKey Skills- Strong leadership and relationship management - Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of mutual fund products - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
