Ltd. The role focuses on counselling, lead conversion, and achieving enrolment targets for online and offline courses such as ADRE, TET, B.Ed., and APSC.Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Admission Support- Counsel prospective students and parents about course options, eligibility, and learning outcomes. - Explain the features and benefits of Abhith Siksha’s online and classroom programs. - Understand student goals and recommend appropriate courses and packages.2. Lead Management & Conversion- Follow up with leads generated through marketing, social media, and telecalling. - Maintain proper follow-up records using CRM or Excel sheets. - Convert qualified leads into admissions by building trust and clarity.3. Sales & Target Achievement- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets. - Offer consultation sessions through phone, video, and walk-ins. - Promote new courses, eBooks, and online learning materials.4. Marketing & Promotion Support- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for campaign follow-ups. - Participate in school/college events, webinars, and promotional activities. - Promote Abhith Siksha’s YouTube and e-learning content to attract students.5.
