Our mission is to equip government schools with world-class STEM resources, building a brighter future for students and fostering innovation nationwide.Company Website: Designation: Assistant Cluster Manager (ACM)Location: Guwahati, Assam Salary: ₹30,000 –₹40,000 per month (As per market standards) Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities:• B2B s CSR Client Management: Drive partnerships with corporate clients through strategic B2B engagement and CSR fundraising initiatives.• PSU s Government Liaising: Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU organizations and government bodies to unlock funding and collaboration opportunities.• Revenue Target Achievement: Set ambitious area-level revenue targets and design actionable strategies to meet and exceed them.• Cluster Oversight: Oversee business development activities across assigned clusters and ensure performance alignment with organizational goals.• Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals and deliver compelling presentations to corporates, PSUs, and government stakeholders.• Donor s Partner Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive and updated database of corporate, PSU, and government donors/partners.• Fieldwork s Client Visits: Travel extensively within and outside the district for client meetings, relationship building, and opportunity generation.• Team Coordination: Guide and coordinate with BD team members to ensure consistent funnel development and closure.What We're Looking For:• Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related fields. BSW/MSW with relevant CSR/fundraising experience will be considered. • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales, CSR Fundraising, and/or PSU engagement. Government liaising experience is mandatory.Skills:• Strong B2B and CSR client management expertise• Prior PSU experience is a must• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Government connect and stakeholder management ability• CRM tool proficiency is an added advantage• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldworkCandidates must be willing and ready to engage in fieldwork for client engagement and relationship-building.
