Proven expertise in team leadership, visual merchandising, inventory control, and strategic business development to maximize profitability and brand presence. Will be responsible to lead & manage retail sales & operations of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Northeast, Bihar, Jharkhand & Odisha.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales & Business GrowthDrive regional sales performance and achieve revenue targets across multiple retail stores.Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.Monitor KPIs including sales conversion, average bill value, footfall conversion, and store productivity.2. Retail Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of all stores within the region to ensure smooth functioning.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.Oversee implementation of CRM strategy for the region3. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and manage Store Managers and retail staff to improve performance.Ensure regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement and work closely with Retail HR team at HO4. Visual Merchandising & Brand StandardsEnsure stores maintain brand guidelines for visual merchandising and store layout.Coordinate with merchandising teams to optimize product display and stock availability.5. Inventory & Supply Chain ManagementMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.Analyze product performance and ensure effective inventory turnover.6. Market Expansion & Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities and support store expansion within the region.Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments.7.
