Job Title: ISP-Production Manager Location: Assam Experience: 15- 20 yearsOverview:Tata Electronics is seeking a seasoned ISP-Production Manager to join our office in Assam. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and team management skills, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Plan & Schedule Production:Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets. Manage Operations:Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality. Quality Compliance:Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction. Team Leadership:Supervise and train operators/technicians; manage workforce allocation. Safety & Compliance:Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness. Cost Control:Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Reporting:Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management.Qualifications: 15–20 years of experience in production management. preferably in ISP or similar manufacturing environments. Experience in handling large teams and complex operations.
