We’re looking for an Experience & Community Lead at Sukoon. Someone who is hands-on, emotionally intelligent, and self-driven. This role involves conceptualising and designing mental wellness workshops, facilitating sessions independently, and managing end-to-end execution of events both in the studio and externally. The ideal person has a background in psychology or related fields, is comfortable holding space for groups, and can take initiative in bringing new ideas and experiences to life. This is not an assistant role—you will be trusted to lead, create, and represent Sukoon, even in the founder’s absence.Qualifications- Have a background in psychology or a related field (formal or applied) - Comfortable with group facilitation / public speaking - Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and a good listener - Able to take initiative and work independently - Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into real experiences - Organized and reliable when it comes to execution
