Education Qualification: Post graduate degree in fisheries from reputed universitiesMinimum Experience Required: 15+ Years of Experience in fisheries development related field. Must have atleast 4 projects with 15 years of experience in Planning, design and management experience of the fisheries related infrastructure /facilities At least 3 experiences of Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader Proficient in writing and speaking in English and Familiarity and experience in IndiaJob Description: Assist PMU in overall project management (time/schedule management, quality control, budget management, safety management) Assist establishment of aquaculture administration procedure and legislation Overview current situation of fishery sector in and out of the State Assist in supervision of bidding procedure Hold a sensitization program for project officials and government officials such as DoF, DFDO, etc. Assist coordination among government organizations and other donor agencies for entire project Assist necessary public relations activities related to project contents and results Prepare required documents / reports Manage national consultant works and outputs Assist PMU in any other project related assignments
