We are a founder-led, execution-focused company, building systems that can scale globally without bureaucracy.Hiring is a core capability for us — not a support function.The Role:This is not a traditional HR role.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager who:Has enough experience to carry weight and judgmentIs still hands-on with sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, and schedulingThinks of recruiting as a funnel + systems + technology problemActively uses or is eager to use AI and modern tools to improve effectivenessHiring decisions are owned by the operations team.You will run the recruiting engine and own the candidate experience end-to-end.What You Will OwnTalent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations (Primary)Source and engage candidates using LinkedInBuild and manage structured candidate pipelinesOwn candidate communication from first outreach to closureCoordinate interviews across teams and time zonesKeep hiring fast, organized, and professionalAct as the first point of trust for candidates evaluating Infinita LabCandidate Experience & Employer NarrativeClearly communicate Infinita Lab’s mission, learning curve, and growth opportunityCraft thoughtful, personalized outreach (not copy-paste templates)Maintain strong response rates through timely follow-upsEnsure candidates feel respected and informed at every stageProcess, Metrics & Continuous ImprovementTrack recruiting metrics (response rates, funnel conversion, time-to-hire)Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the hiring processMaintain clean, structured recruiting dataEnable hiring managers to focus on decisions, not logisticsAI-First & Tech-Forward Mindset (Important)We strongly value candidates who:Actively use or experiment with AI tools in recruiting or operationsApply automation to improve sourcing, screening, communication, or trackingAre curious, adaptive, and early adopters of cutting-edge technologyYou don’t need to build AI systems — but you should think in leverage and tools.People Operations & HR Systems (Secondary)Set up and manage Zoho People or similar HRMSRun onboarding and HR orientation for new hiresManage offer letters, employee records, and HR documentationHelp build clean, scalable people operations as the company growsThis role does not focus on payroll or heavy statutory compliance.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have3–8 years of hands-on recruiting experienceStrong working knowledge of LinkedIn sourcingExperience running end-to-end hiring processesClear, professional written and verbal communicationComfort working directly with founders and senior operatorsHigh ownership and execution mindsetNice to HaveExperience in startups or fast-growing teamsExposure to technical, engineering, or R&D-driven hiringExperience implementing or managing an HRMSPrior use of AI, automation, or analytics tools in recruitingCompensation & GrowthCompensation will be competitive and aligned with impact, ownership, and growth trajectory.There is clear room to grow into a Talent Operations Lead / Head of Talent role as the company scales.Important NoteThis role is not suitable for candidates who prefer:Pure HR administrationPolicy-heavy environmentsSlow, approval-driven organizations
