Junior Producer

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Producer to support our production team across a range of projects—from digital content and social media videos to branded campaigns and shoots. This is an entry-to-mid level role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, strong coordination skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist producers and project leads in the end-to-end production processCoordinate pre-production activities: schedules, shoot logistics, location scouting, permits, cost estimate, etc.Communicate with internal teams (creative, design, marketing) and external vendorsHandle production documentation: call sheets, shot lists, talent releases, and budgetsManage day-of-shoot requirements including equipment, crew, and client servicingTrack deliverables, timelines, and approvals post-productionSource and liaise with freelancers, editors, stylists, or other collaboratorsEnsure quality control and timely delivery of all final outputsRequirements1–3 years of experience in a production, media, or creative environmentExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesBasic understanding of video/photo production workflowsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with tight timelines and shifting prioritiesProficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or any production softwareA keen interest in content, culture, and creativityGood to Have experience on set or in post-production environmentsKnowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of social media formats and branded content
