Job descriptionHiring Location-Gurgaon /Pune / Bangalore Role & responsibilitiesWe are looking for someone with hands on experience of assisting asset managers/ IB/ PE clients on ESG reporting. The candidate should possess strong understanding of ESG reporting templates and questionnairesGovernance performance analysis and identification of ESG key performance indicators like labor & working conditions, environmental conditions, indigenous people rights, social management, corporate ethics & governance etc.Well exposed on ESG Rating, ESG Scoring, Sustainable Finance AdvisoryGenerating ideas and creating presentations as part of thematic reports, pitch-books, case studies and portfolio company reportingPresenting findings of analysis to clients, team members and senior managementConducting detailed quality checks of all outgoing materialsMeeting strict deadlines and ability to work under pressureAbility to work individually and in the teamPreferred candidate profileMBA (Finance) / Experience 6+ Years of working on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting and related metrics for investment banks/ asset managers.The candidate should possess good understanding and familiarity with global reporting and disclosure frameworks (GRI, SASB/ ISSB, TCFD, UNPRI, CDP, SFDR etc.)Well versed understanding of sustainable finance and associated framework knowledge including Sustainable Stock Exchanges, ICMA, LMA and APLMA sustainable financing principles (Green, Social, Transition and Sustainability Linked)Prior experience in preparing peer benchmarking reports, disclosure assessments, state of the market insights, sustainable finance frameworks preparation with hands-on technical understanding of ESG Ratings (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global etc.)Assisting clients in preparation of ESG questionnaires, KPI identification and scoring, ESG framework integration, ESG regulatory and standards awareness and end to end project execution.Excellent MS-PowerPoint skills (along with MS Excel capabilities) and attention to detail / quantitative numbersGood written and verbal communication with excellent client interfacing capabilityCandidates with exposure to ESG related databases would be preferred (RepRisk, Sustainalytics, TruCost,Bloomberg,ESGetc.)Interested can directly mail me the resume on
