We deal with sciencefiction a daily basis, and our vision is no less than something from Star Trek• Collaborate - Our ‘ecosystem’ mindset is focused on providing a seamless experienceto our customers.• Delight - Each of us, here, is an army of one, contributing to our company’s vision.We are constantly engaged to deliver something ‘extra’ to our clients.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Product Delivery & OperationsAssociate to support backend product implementation, configuration, and operational delivery.This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth product setup, issue resolution, and successfullaunches by working closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.Key responsibilities● Work on product customization for client specific needs● Resolve any issues clients are facing with the product● Coordinate internally with Developers, Product Managers, and Client Success teamsto ensure timely delivery● Monitor launch timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules● Own end to end delivery of the product● Work on product improvements with Product Managers● Communicate technical elements in user friendly verbiageSkills & Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university● 2-5 years of work experience in business analysis, data analysis, research etc● Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability● High attention to detail and process orientation● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines● Basic understanding of SaaS products or technology platforms is preferred● Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools is a plusWhat We’re Looking For● Execution-focused mindset● Ownership-driven attitude● Strong coordination and organizational skills● Comfort working in cross-functional environments● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational setting
